Shipping & Return Policy

In-Store Pickup

We currently offer in-store pickup at two locations in the Greater Los Angeles Area. If you place an order for in-store pickup, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by order ready for pickup email. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready for pickup before showing up to the store as in rare cases, the items you ordered may not be available. If you would like, you are welcome to give us a call at (714) 525-5913 to check the status of your in-store pickup order. Our in-store pickup locations are below.

Shipping

When you place your order, you will be given an option to choose a shipping method. Shipping and handling fees are based on the shipping address, weight, and size.

1. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping costs is non-refundable unless return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging in same brand new condition with tracking number.

International Order Processing

Due to increased number of fraudulent orders, we are only accepting bank wire transfer as a method of payment for International orders at this time.

When you are placing your order, please choose WIRE TRANSFER as payment method. After you receive your order confirmation email, please reply to that email and we will send our bank information so you can initiate the wire transfer. Once we receive your payment, we will ship your order right away.

Pre-Orders

We take pre-orders on soon-to-be-released model kits and modeling tools. Pre-orders will ship out as soon as we receive the item. Any orders containing a pre-order item will ship once all items are received. For example, if your order contains 5 in-stock items and 1 pre-order item, your entire order will ship after the pre-order item arrives.
